2026 SEASON (As a Senior): Made a tremendous impact in his lone season at San Diego State, earning second-team all-Mountain West honors… Started all 56 games he played, including 50 at third base and six at designated hitter… Posted a slash line of .312/.387/.620 with 15 home runs, 48 RBIs and 44 runs scored, helping the Aztecs capture the Mountain West regular-season championship… Led the conference in doubles (21), which was tied for 28th in the country, while sharing the top spot in the league with teammate Jake Jackson in home runs (15)… His 15 round-trippers were tied for the most by an SDSU player since Tyler Adkison also went yard 15 times in 2017… Also finished third in the MW in total bases (137) and was slotted sixth in slugging percentage (.620), seventh in OPS (1.007) and 10th in RBIs (44)… Tied for the team lead with two or more RBIs in 13 games and ranked third on the squad with multiple hits on 22 occasions… Reached base safely in 24 straight games from March 1-April 7, including separate hitting streaks of seven and nine contests… Went 1-for-3 in his Aztec debut against LIU, bringing in a run with a bases-loaded walk, as the Scarlet and Black held on for a wild 12-11 victory in the season opener (2-13-26)… Smacked a two-run homer in the series finale vs. LIU for his first round-tripper in an SDSU uniform to help fuel a 6-5 triumph two days later (2-15-26)… Was one of three Aztecs to homer their monumental 4-3 victory at No. 1 UCLA, launching a solo shot in the fourth that put SDSU in front for good at 2-1 (2-24-26)… Laced two hits and scored a pair of runs in a 9-4 triumph at Washington (2-27-26)… Drove in all three runs in the Aztecs’ 3-2 nail-biter over Saint Mary’s with an RBI double in the bottom of the first and a clutch two-run bomb in the eighth (3-6-26)… Went 3-for-4 with a run scored at No. 13 USC (3-17-26)… Doubled home the go-ahead run in the eighth inning of a 6-4 victory over UConn in San Jose, Calif. (3-21-26)… Broke a 9-9 deadlock with a towering three-run homer in the second game of a weekend series at Grand Canyon, as the Scarlet and Black prevailed in a 12-11 thriller (3-28-26)… Crushed a pair of home runs in a 6-2 setback at No. 22 Arizona State (3-30-26)… Earned Mountain West Player of the Week honors after helping SDSU complete its first three-game sweep of Air Force since 2021 (4-6-26)… Led the team with a 1.526 OPS and a 1.000 slugging percentage against the Falcons while batting .400 with three homers and five RBIs… Launched a two-run bomb in the third inning of the series opener, helping the Aztecs roll to a 9-2 victory (4-2-26)… Matched his season high with three RBIs in a 12-8 loss at New Mexico, including a two-run homer and a run-scoring double (4-12-26)… Went yard with a two-run blast in a 9-1 home rout of UC San Diego that ignited an 11-game winning streak (4-14-26)… Laced an RBI single in the eighth inning against Seattle, helping SDSU pull away for a 9-5 victory (4-20-26)… Put the Scarlet and Black in front for good with a three-run homer in the top of the sixth in game two of a MW series at Fresno State, where the Aztecs prevailed by an 8-5 count en route to a weekend sweep (4-25-26)… Roped a game-tying RBI single in the fifth inning of a 5-3 home win over Cal State Fullerton, as SDSU overcame a 3-2 deficit (4-28-26)… Gave the Aztecs some insurance with an RBI double in the seventh inning of a 4-1 triumph vs. San José State in their home finale, helping the Scarlet and Black clinch at least a share of the MW regular-season championship (5-10-26)… Singled and scored in a 15-1 romp at UNLV the following week when the Aztecs secured the outright conference title (5-14-26)… Contributed to an 11-6 comeback victory over New Mexico in the first round of the MW tournament with a 3-for-5 effort at the plate, highlighted by a solo home run and an RBI single (5-23-26)… Also went deep with another solo shot in the championship final against Washington State to end the season (5-24-26)... Earned a spot on the Mountain West all-academic team after the spring semester.

2025 SEASON AT OREGON STATE (As a Junior): Garnered all-tournament accolades at the Corvallis Regional, helping the Beavers ultimately reach the NCAA Men’s College World Series… Started 43 of 47 games, slashing .288/.388/.469 with five home runs and 20 RBIs… Also drew 24 walks and scored 39 runs… Collected multiple hits in 11 games and finished with two RBIs on seven occasions… Went 2-for-3 at the plate with three runs scored in a 16-0 run-rule victory over UNLV at the College Baseball Classic in Surprise, Arizona, highlighted by a two-run homer in the second inning (2-15-25)… Crossed the plate three times against Xavier at the same tournament two days later drawing a pair of bases-loaded walks in OSU’s 18-6 romp (2-17-25)… Roped an RBI double to help the Beavers secure an 11-3 victory over San Diego in their home opener (3-7-25)… Racked up three hits and scored two runs in a 6-4 triumph over Grand Canyon (3-14-25)… Brought home the go-ahead run with a bases-loaded walk in the seventh inning of a 5-3 win at home vs. Portland (5-13-25)… Went a combined 4-for-8 with four runs scored during the final two games of the Beavers’ weekend sweep of Long Beach State, including a two-run homer in the second game of the series (5-16/17-25)… Hit .471 (8-17) with two home runs, six RBIs and six runs scored in four games at the Corvallis Regional to merit all-tournament distinction… Went yard with a two-run blast in OSU’s 7-2 triumph over TCU in game two (5-31-25)… Came back the next day with a 3-for-6 performance against Saint Mary’s, highlighted by a two-run homer and a career-high four runs scored, as the Beavers rolled to a 20-3 victory (6-1-25)… Followed that effort with a collegiate-best four hits (4-for-4) in a 14-1 rout of USC later that day, featuring an RBI single and a run-scoring double (6-1-25)… Delivered an RBI single before cracking a solo home run in OSU’s 14-10 win over Florida State in the decisive game three of the Corvallis Super Regional (6-8-25)… Hit safely in all three games at the NCAA Men’s College World Series, including a 2-for-4 performance in the Beavers’ opener vs. Louisville (6-13-25).

2024 SEASON AT OREGON STATE (As a Sophomore): Earned a starting nod in 13 of 17 games, posting a slash line of .275/.412/.550 with three home runs, two doubles and nine RBIS… Totaled 11 hits in 40 at-bats and scored 13 runs… Enjoyed a monster game in the Beavers’ big 15-6 season-opening victory over New Mexico at the College Baseball Classic, where he belted his first two career home runs, finishing with a season-high three hits and three runs scored to go with a collegiate-best three RBIs (2-16-24)… Compiled multiple RBIs on two other occasions, including OSU’s 18-2 home rout of Washington, when he delivered a two-run double (3-23-24)… Went deep with a two-run bomb in a 14-0 whitewash of Gonzaga at home (4-1-24)… Singled in his final at-bat of the year in a 7-2 triumph vs. Portland in Hillsboro, Oregon (4-23-24).

2023 SEASON AT OREGON STATE (As a Freshman): Saw action in 15 games in his first year with the Beavers, earning eight starts. Hit .303 (10-33) with one double and six RBIs… Recorded his first collegiate hit, walk and run scored in a 9-4 home victory over San Diego (3-7-23)… Collected multiple hits for the first time in his career after a 2-for-5 performance with one run scored in a 13-2 triumph at Grand Canyon (4-24-23)… Posted his first two collegiate RBIs with a walk-off single in OSU’s 2-1 victory over Arizona (4-28-23)… Drove in a season-high three runs against the same Arizona squad at the Pac-12 Tournament (5-24-23)… Made a pinch-hitting appearance in the ninth inning against host LSU in game two of the Baton Rouge Regional (6-4-23).

PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Graduated in 2022 from Juanita High School in his hometown of Kirkland, Washington, where he was a varsity letterwinner under head coach Nate Sadler… Garnered first-team all-conference accolades after leading the Ravens in several categories as a senior, including batting average (.404), on-base percentage (.523), runs scored (28) and stolen bases (13)… Also belted two home runs that season while smacking five doubles and three triples… Played for the Royals squad at the prestigious Area Code Games in 2021… Was rated the No. 2 shortstop prospect in Washington and 12th overall in the state for the 2022 high school graduating class by Perfect Game… Was also listed as a top 500 national recruit by the website, earning a No. 206 ranking at his position… Earned second-team preseason all-West Region honors by Perfect Game prior to the 2022 campaign after receiving the same distinction as an underclassman in 2021… Merited all-tournament plaudits at multiple events sponsored by Perfect Game, including the 2019 PG 15U World Series in Sanford, Florida, where he helped his Baseball Northwest 15U club squad to the finals of the silver bracket.

PERSONAL: Parents are Stacey and Mark Peterson… Has two brothers, Taylor and Tanner... Received his undergraduate degree in American Indian Studies at San Diego State.
