2025 SEASON AT OREGON STATE (As a Sophomore): Made just two relief appearances before sitting out the rest of the year due to injury… Was credited with his first career victory after tossing two scoreless frames with a collegiate-best five strikeouts in the Beavers’ 18-6 rout of Xavier at the College Baseball Classic in Surprise, Arizona (2-17-25)… Also pitched 0.2 innings against Oklahoma in the Round Rock Classic in Texas (2-22-25).
2024 SEASON AT OREGON STATE (As a Freshman): Pitched in 11 games as a reliever, posting a 4.63 ERA without a decision… Fanned 11 batters in 11.2 innings… Made his collegiate debut against Minnesota at the College Baseball Classic, where he struck out the side in the eighth inning of the Beavers’ 6-1 triumph (2-19-24)… Also tossed a scoreless eighth in OSU’s 8-1 victory over Oklahoma State at the Kubota College Baseball Series in Arlington, Texas (2-25-24)… Struck out three hitters in a season-long two innings at Portland (3-19-24)… Pitched a scoreless ninth to close out the Beavers’ 13-5 home triumph over Gonzaga (4-2-24)… Matched his season bests with three strikeouts and two innings pitched in OSU’s 12-5 victory at Nevada (4-16-24).
PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Graduated in 2023 from West Linn (Ore.) High School, where he was a varsity letterwinner under head coach Joe Monahan, earning all-state and all-conference honors during his prep career… Helped the Lions capture the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) Class 6A state championship as a senior… Was named MVP of the state title game after West Linn defeated Lake Oswego High by a 6-4 count… Compiled a 3.00 ERA and 50 strikeouts in 40 innings as a senior… Posted a 10-1 record and 0.92 ERA in 75.1 innings as a junior… Struck out 107 hitters against 20 walks, allowing just 46 hits and 10 earned runs… Tossed 15 innings as a sophomore… Was rated as the No. 3 right-handed pitcher in Oregon for the 2023 high school graduating by Perfect Game and the seventh-best player in the state overall… Was also listed as a top 500 national recruit by the website… Earned second-team preseason All-West Region honors from Perfect Game prior to the 2023 campaign after receiving first-team distinction as a underclassman ahead of the 2021 and 2022 seasons.
