2018/RS-JUNIOR (USC): After missing all of 2017 with an injury, Armenta started in 22 of his 33 appearances in 2018 … Ended the season with a line of .203/.253/.304 … Posted five RBI and five runs scored … Had two extra-base hits, a double and homer … Put up his first career home run against Washington on 3/29, a solo-shot that put the Trojans ahead in the bottom of the eighth inning … Tallied multi-hit games against Villanova and UC Irvine on 2/23 and 3/20 respectively … Only gave up one error as a fielder to cement an impressive .979 fielding percentage.

2017/REDSHIRT (USC): Sat out the 2017 season with an injury.

2016/SOPHOMORE (USC): Appeared in 39 games and made 12 starts as a sophomore in 2016 … Finished tied for sixth on the team with a .282 batting average … Hit three doubles, drove in 11 runs and scored 14 ... Had an on-base percentage of .338 and a slugging percentage of .324 for the season.
