SAN DIEGO – San Diego State men’s tennis is set to get its fall schedule underway on Friday as four Aztecs travel to Tucson, Ariz. to compete in the Kinlen and Vivian Gee Wildcat Invite, hosted by the University of Arizona. Senior Brock Anderson and sophomore William Kleege are the two returners representing San Diego State while sophomore transfer Blake Anderson and freshman Maxime Baur will make their Aztec debut.
Other schools competing at LaNelle Robson Tennis Center include UNLV, Northern Arizona, New Mexico and New Mexico State. Matches begin at 9 a.m. PT on Friday and will run through Sunday, Sep. 13.

Brock Anderson returns for his senior season on The Mesa after recording 10 doubles wins and nine singles victories last season. He is one of two seniors on this year’s roster, joining Aleksi Lofman.
Kleege is looking to build off a standout freshman campaign which earned him All-Mountain West Team distinction in doubles. The San Diego native notched 25 doubles victories, including a 12-3 record on the top court last spring.
Blake Anderson comes to San Diego State from Baylor University where he logged a 19-3 doubles record and 8-3 in singles as a freshman.
Baur will join the Aztecs as one of two incoming freshmen, arriving at San Diego State from Switzerland.
