SAN DIEGO – San Diego State women’s tennis is prepped for its first Mountain West road trip, heading to Logan, Utah and Boise, Idaho to take on the Aggies and the Broncos on Friday and Sunday.

The Aztecs (10-1, 2-0 MW) are ranked 31st in the nation in this week’s ITA rankings. Last weekend, they opened up conference play with two shutout victories over Fresno State and San Jose State. Senior Jo-Yee Chan led the way, going 3-0 on the top court in singles and doubles, playing alongside Vessa Turley. Jayna Clemens and Ninon Martinache also captured two doubles wins while Gloria Alogo, Teja Tirunelveli, Vesa Gjinaj and Liisa Varul took their respective singles matches.
The Aggies are 7-5 in the 2026 campaign, including 1-1 in the Mountain West after falling 4-0 to Wyoming before taking down Colorado State 4-0 last Sunday.
The Broncos hold a 10-2 overall record and 2-0 in the league with wins over Wyoming and Colorado State.
Following this weekend’s road trip, San Diego State will return to the Aztec Tennis Center for its final non-conference match against No. 32 SMU.
