SAN DIEGO –San Diego State Track and Field hosted the first ever Aztec Coastal Classic and Distance Carnival on the SDSU Sports Deck. Over 11 different institutions competed including over 22 Aztecs. A handful of athletes, including a pair of reigning Mountain West Champions in Jenna Fee Feyerabend and Jada Pierre, competed for the Aztecs for the first time in 2026.
