SAN DIEGO – San Diego State men’s tennis is back in action at the Aztec Tennis Center on Thursday, welcoming UC Davis and UC Riverside to The Mesa for a doubleheader. The Aztecs will take on UC Davis at noon, followed by UC Riverside at 3 p.m. Select players will also begin competition in the annual Pacific Coast Doubles Championships on Thursday at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club.

San Diego State holds a 2-8 record, most recently falling 4-3 at UC Irvine on Sunday.
The Aggies enter the contest 5-5 on the season. Last time out, they earned a 4-3 victory over Utah State, followed by a 7-0 sweep against Hope International in a doubleheader on Feb. 14.
The Highlanders are 2-13 overall and 0-1 in the Big West. Their last matchup was against No. 54 Grand Canyon who came out on top in a 7-0 shutout.
The Aztecs lead UC Riverside 14-1 in the all-time series and are tied 2-2 against UC Davis.
