SAN DIEGO – San Diego State men’s tennis has released its spring 2026 schedule, which includes eight matches to be played at the Aztec Tennis Center. The team is slated to face 11 opponents who were ranked in the ITA top 75 at the end of the 2024-25 season.
Spring competition will get underway on Jan. 11 as the Aztecs heads up to Los Angeles for a doubleheader against USC at 10 a.m. PT and UC San Diego at 1 p.m. They then face Stanford on the road at 2 p.m. on Jan. 15, followed by a matchup against California the following day at 3 p.m. San Diego State’s five-game road slate to kick off the season will get capped off at Santa Clara against the Broncos in an 11 a.m. match on Jan. 18.
The team will host its home opener on Jan. 25, welcoming Loyola Marymount to the Aztec Tennis Center at 11 a.m.
Getting back on the road, the Aztecs will take on Arkansas at 3:30 p.m. PT on Feb. 6 and Tulsa at 11 a.m. on the 8th.
In a Valentine’s Day contest, Utah will come to The Mesa to go head-to-head with the Aztecs at 1 p.m.
Next up is a road matchup against UC Irvine on Feb. 22, set to get underway at 1 p.m.
In the team’s second doubleheader of the season, the Aztecs will host UC Davis and UC Riverside on Feb. 26, going up against the Aggies and the Highlanders at noon and 3 p.m., respectively.
The Aztecs will play their final three non-conference matches on the road against Cal Poly on Mar. 6 at 5 p.m., Pacific at noon the next day and, lastly, Harvard at 2 p.m. on Mar. 17 at the Hogan Tennis Center.
In conference play, SDSU will host Air Force (Mar. 22, noon), Utah State (Apr. 2, 2 p.m.), Grand Canyon (Apr. 11, noon) and New Mexico (Apr. 19, noon). Road matchups include UNLV (Mar. 27, 2 p.m.), Nevada (Mar. 29, noon) and Boise State (Apr. 4, noon). The Aztecs will then head to Las Vegas for the Mountain West Championships, taking place Apr. 22-24.
