SAN DIEGO – Defenders Christian Engmann and Baptiste Boit were named to the All-WAC Second Team, the conference announced Friday afternoon.

Engmann (Seattle, Wash.) is tied for the team lead in points (10) and goals (4) and three of his four goals have been game-winners. Engmann has appeared in 16 matches and made 13 starts, averaging 74 minutes a match.

Boit (Clermont-Ferrand, France) bolstered the Aztec backline in his lone year on The Mesa after transferring from Oral Roberts. He scored three goals and made 14 starts and was the WAC Defensive Player of the Week a couple weeks ago. This is the third all-conference honor for Boit, after earning postseason recognition from the Summit League in each of the last two years.

The Aztecs play in the first round of the WAC Tournament Sunday at 7 p.m. when they take on San Jose State.
