UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash. – The San Diego State women’s golf team finished the first two rounds of the Leadership and Golf Invitational Monday. After 36 holes, the Aztecs sit in 11th place and were led by Ema Narita whose one-under-par 143, which puts her fifth place.
Narita had four birdies in each of her first two rounds. She shot a one-under-par 71 in her first 18. Then in the second round, she shot a two-over par 73.
Stephanie Barbaglia finished with a 157. After shooting a four-over-par 76 in the first round, she carded an 81 in her second 18.
Manon Martin, who was making her collegiate debut, opened with a five-over-par 77 before firing an 82 in the second round
Nikki Kato rounded out the scoring for the Aztecs with a 161 (+17). After shooting an 83 in the first round, she improved her second round score by five strokes.

The Aztecs will finish the Leadership & Golf Invitational Tuesday morning, beginning with an 8 a.m. shotgun start.
