Last weekend, Jenna Fee Feyerabend and Shaquena Foote represented the Aztecs at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Feyerabend finished 10th in the pentathlon with 4,202 points, a season-best total and the second-best mark of her career. Feyerabend now has the top-2 pentathlon finishes at the NCAA Indoor Championships for SDSU after taking ninth in 2023 with 4,263 points. Foote, meanwhile, came in fourth in her heat in the prelims of the 400 meters and 14th overall in a time of 52.58 seconds. Foote was the first Aztec qualifier in the event since SDSU hall-of-famer Tonette Dyer came in 18th in 2003 in 56.02. Both athletes were named second-team All-America selections, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced on Monday.
