SAN DIEGO – The San Diego State baseball program will conduct a pair of events next month in celebration of Alumni Weekend, highlighted by the Aztec Alumni Golf Tournament on Nov. 15, followed by the Aztecs’ clash with Golden West College at Tony Gwynn Stadium to close out the team’s fall exhibition slate on Nov. 16.
SDSU Baseball will host the Aztec Alumni Golf Tournament at Steele Canyon Golf Club in Jamul, commencing with a shotgun start on Friday, Nov. 15, at 10 a.m. Registration is now open to the public with four packages available for purchase.
The price for individual golfers to compete is $300, while each foursome costs $1,000. In addition, a hole sponsorship is available for $2,000, while a hole sponsorship and foursome combination is set for $2,500. A box lunch, craft beer, cocktails, and post-round appetizers will also be included.
Additionally, prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers, as well as a Longest Drive and Closest-to-the-Pin contest. To register, log on to AztecAlumni.com.
The following day, San Diego State will battle Golden West College, beginning at 1 p.m., and admission is free. Concession options will also be available at Tony Gwynn Stadium, as fans are encouraged to attend and get a sneak peek at the 2025 Aztec squad before the start of the regular season in February.
