Sean Lewis Radio Show Debuts on Thursday Night

Show to run from 6-7 p.m. on San Diego Sports 760 and GoAztecs.com.

SAN DIEGO -- The Sean Lewis radio show debuts on Thursday night on San Diego Sports 760, the home of San Diego State athletics, and GoAztecs.com. Fans can tune in for the season premiere at 6 p.m. PT.

Aztec head coach Sean Lewis is set to join co-hosts Jon Schaeffer and Rich Ohrnberger for one hour every Thursday throughout the season to discuss X's and O's, a preview of the upcoming game, a recap of the previous week, and much more.

SDSU opens the first season under Sean Lewis on Saturday, Aug. 31, when it welcomes Texas A&M-Commerce at Snapdragon Stadium. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. PT.

Radio coverage of the Aztecs-Lions clash begins at 3 p.m. PT on San Diego Sports 760 with the pregame show hosted by Ben Fletcher and former SDSU standout wide receiver J.R. Tolver.

Saturday’s season opener will air on San Diego Sports 760 with Jon Schaeffer handling play-by-play responsibilities, taking over for long-time announcer Ted Leitner. Rich Ohrnberger will provide game analysis. Rounding out the SDSU gameday lineup is Ben Fletcher, who will host the halftime and postgame shows in addition to his pre-game duties.

Tickets are on sale for all six Aztec home games, including season tickets, two or three-game mini-plans and single-game tickets.
