New Details Announced for 2024 Aztec Football Home Games

SAN DIEGO -- San Diego State football fans will have many new and fun options for the 2024 home games at Snapdragon Stadium.

This season fans will be able to attend the brand-new River Park Block Party presented by Snapdragon, located south of the stadium and the Yellow Lot. The River Park Block Party will feature tailgating, food trucks, a food and beverage garden, music and endless entertainment for fans of all ages. It’s the go-to destination for every Aztec home game as a reimagined Aztec Village.

San Diego State fans now have a modernized, full-service tailgate solution for home football games at Snapdragon Stadium. The Aztecs have partnered with REVEL^XP, a premier sports hospitality company that provides a revolutionary fan and all-inclusive tailgate experience to turn the River Park into the best tailgating scene in San Diego.

REVEL^XP full-service tailgating includes logistics, setup, cleanup and on-site customer service for groups of 10 or more. All tailgate packages include the essentials - tent, tables and chairs - as well as premium add-ons, such as catering, TVs and more. REVEL^XP will also provide fans with a service to transport personal tailgating items to and from their vehicles. Full-service tailgate packages and other options for San Diego State home games will be available for purchase at REVELxp.com/SDSU.

The Warrior Walk, meanwhile, has moved locations and will parade through all the action in the newly-minted River Park and the Yellow Lot. Fans, friends and family members are encouraged to cheer on the team as they exit the buses and walk north toward Snapdragon Stadium. Fans can mingle with the San Diego State spirit squads, including cheerleaders, dance team and band, before watching the Aztecs get ready to do battle inside the stadium.

The Yellow Lot will also be home for the pregame show on San Diego Sports 760, the home of the Aztecs. Fans will be able to listen to the broadcasters talk about the team, beginning two hours before each home game. The pregame is also available on the all new SDSU Aztecs app.

There are also other ways to be part of the action for Aztec home games this season, including along the new Warrior Walk route and in the Orange Lot. Additionally, fans can BYOT (bring your own tent), which includes a reserved 12x12 tailgating area on grass (parking not included). Spots in the River Park East and River Park South are also available to tailgate, although parking is not included.
