Aztecs Finish Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic

 ATHENS, Ga. – The San Diego State women's golf team finished the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic Saturday. The Aztecs came in 14th place and were led by freshman Emma Narita's six-over-par 222.
 
Narita, along with Stephanie Barbaglia and Anika Sato led the Aztecs Saturday with a three-over-par 75. Narita had a team-high three birdies in her final round and tied for 24th place.
 
Barbaglia was an even par through her first 12 holes. She finished the tournament with a seven-over-par 223 (74-74-75).
 
Sato tied for 51st with a 229 (+13). She had a team-high 14 pars Saturday. 
 
Andrea Gomez finished with a 236 (+20) and finished outside of SDSU's scoring Saturday.
 
Anna Lina Otten shot a 240 (+24). After shooting an 83 and 78 Friday, she carded a 79 Saturday.
 
Auburn won the team championship and Kansas State's Carla Bernat won the individual title with a nine-under-par 207.
 
UP NEXT
The Aztecs will play in the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic beginning Wednesday.
