SAN DIEGO – The undefeated Aztecs are set to host PAC-12 opponent UCLA on Saturday and San Diego State is providing a variety of pregame festivities for fans to enjoy.
The parking lots at Snapdragon Stadium will open five hours before kickoff at 11:30 a.m. PT.
Aztec Village, presented by Snapdragon, opens three hours before kickoff at 1:30 p.m. PT and goes until 4 p.m. It is free and open to the public. Located on the east side of the stadium, Aztec Village features a beer garden, DJ, big screen TV showing other college football games, a Kids Zone with Spiderman characters and prize wheel, photo ops, and much more.
When gates open, the first 1,000 students to enter Snapdragon Stadium will receive a FREE SDSU flag.
Season ticket holders will be able to pick up their license plate frames at the sales booths in Aztec Village, the southeast corner of the concourse, or behind the San Diego Zoo Club.
Saturday's game is also First Responders Appreciation Day with United States Air Force recognition. We recommend fans getting into their seats early for a U.S. Air Force F-35 flyover pregame.
San Diego State will also recognize the Aztec softball team on the field for their Mountain West Championships and Super Regional run last year.
Prior to kickoff, the Aztecs will have their Warrior Walk led by football alumnus, Kassim Osgood. Osgood made the most of his one season at San Diego State in 2002, catching 108 passes for 1,552 yards and eight touchdowns en route to earning first-team all-Mountain West honors. Both the 108 catches and 1,552 yards are the second most in Aztec single-season history. Osgood came to The Mesa after spending three seasons at Cal Poly, highlighted by an 83-catch, 1,377-yard sophomore season in 2000. Osgood went onto play in the NFL, where he was a three-time pro bowler on special teams.
