SAN DIEGO – Despite falling to a pair of teams ranked in the top-15, No. 9 Arkansas and No. 14 Arizona, at the 2022 Maui Invitational, the San Diego State men's basketball team remained in the Associated Press Top 25 and USA Today Coaches Polls, slotting in at No. 24 in each organization's rankings.  SDSU totaled 189 points in the AP poll and 126 in the Coaches poll and continues to be the only Mountain West program to be ranked in either.
