SAN DIEGO – The Aztec cross-country team has revealed their 2021 schedule. After competing in just two races in the 2020 season, which took place in the winter of 2021, SDSU will run in nine competitions this upcoming fall.
All nine of the Aztecs' races will take place in California with the Mountain West Championships being hosted by San Jose State.
SDSU kicks off their season Sept. 1 at the UC Irvine Invitational.
The Aztecs next meet will be the Stump Invitational at UC Davis on Sept. 10.
SDSU's next two races will be local, first at the USD Invite on Mission Bay Sept. 17 and then the Cougar Challenge at Cal State San Marcos Sept. 25.
The last three regular season competitions will be the Pacific Invitational (Oct. 1), the UC Riverside Highlander Invitational (Oct. 16) and the Cal State Fullerton Titan Invitational (Oct. 22).
The Mountain West Championships will be October 28 and hosted by San Jose State.
Two weeks later, the NCAA West Regionals will be in Sacramento, Calif. at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex.
