SAN DIEGO – The San Diego State volleyball program has announced that it will be unable to host summer camps this year due to county restrictions and policies concerning the COVID-19 pandemic.
The popular camps are scheduled to resume in the summer of 2022, augmented by the expansion and renovation of the Aztec Recreation Center (ARC), which is set for completion next spring.
With five of seven courts expected to be utilized in the newly expanded ARC, as well as three courts in SDSU's Peterson Gym, anticipation for next year's Aztec summer volleyball camps is projected to be at an all-time high.
Aztec volleyball camps are typically designed for all ages and skill levels, featuring one-on-one instruction from not only the SDSU coaching staff but also coaches from elite volleyball clubs in San Diego County.
