Opponent Notebook
Fresno State

The Aztecs and Bulldogs have already met this season, with the Scarlet and Black recording their highest offensive output of the season in their 18-11 win. Fresno State has struggled throughout the season, last winning in February on the road at Kent State. In their most recent outing, the Bulldogs were tripped up by the UC Davis Aggies on Senior Day, falling 27-14 at the Fresno State Soccer and Lacrosse Stadium. Fresno State leads the MPSF in ground balls per game, a stat that could determine the outcome over their upcoming matchup with the Aztecs. SDSU is 3-0 when they collect more ground balls in a matchup and 2-8 when their opponent comes out on top of the ground ball statistical category.
