SAN DIEGO -- Former Aztecs continue to produce in professional sports. 

In the NBA, Kawhi Leonard (2010-11) played in two games last week for the Los Angeles Clippers, which were wins over Minnesota and Chicago. Leonard averaged 34.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 2.0 steals, and 0.5 blocks per game. The Clippers are currently the third seed in the Western Conference. The Charlotte Hornets called up Jalen McDaniels (2018-19) from the Greensboro Swarm, where he scored six points to go along with two rebounds in 25 minutes on Sunday against San Antonio.

On the PGA Tour, Scott Piercy (1999-01) tied for 50th at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am at 2-under-par. J.J. Spaun (2009-12), meanwhile, did not make the cut at the event. Piercy and Xander Schauffele (2013-15) will compete in The Genesis Invitational in Pacific Palisades this weekend.
