SAN DIEGO -- Former Aztecs continue to produce across professional sports.
 
In the NFL, safety Damontae Kazee (2013-16) forced a fumble on a crazy play in Atlanta's 30-26 loss to Chicago. On the play, tight end Jimmy Graham had a 30-yard reception before fumbling to teammate Anthony Miller. Kazee then forced the ball out of his hands, but Miller go the ball back at the end of the play. For the game, Kazee recorded three tackles (two solo) in the start, playing 81 snaps on defense and one on special teams. The Falcons travel to Green Bay for a Monday night game in Week 4.
 
Right guard Daniel Brunskill (2013-16), meanwhile, started and appeared on 76 snaps on offense and nine on special teams in a 36-9 win for San Francisco over the New York Giants. The 49ers will take on Philadelphia on Sunday night. Linebacker Calvin Munson (2013-16) saw action for nine snaps on special teams in Miami's Thursday night win over Jacksonville. Miami plays Seattle on Sunday. Long snapper Aaron Brewer (2008-11) played six snaps on special teams for Arizona in Week 3. The Cardinals will travel to Carolina for Week 4.
 
Cornerback Luq Barcoo (2018-19) and offensive guard/center Keith Ismael (2017-19) did not see action in losses for Jacksonville and Washington, respectively. Defensive end Alex Barrett (2013-16) recently signed with the practice squad for San Francisco, while offensive tackle Ryan Pope (2016-18) is on the practice squad for Green Bay. Running back Rashaad Penny (2014-17) is on PUP for Seattle, and tight end Kahale Warring (2016-18) and fullback Nick Bawden (2014-17) are on injured reserve for Houston and Detroit, respectively. 
 
In MLB, Ty France (2013-15) finished his season with San Diego and Seattle batting .305 with four home runs, 19 runs and 23 RBIs. Greg Allen (2012-14) took the field for Cleveland and San Diego, finishing his regular season batting .154, with four runs, four RBIs and a homer. 
 
At the Corales Puntacana Resort and Club Championship in the Dominican Republic last week, J.J. Spaun (2009-12) tied for 56th at 4-under par. Spaun will join Scott Piercy (1999-01) at the Sanderson Farms Championship in Jackson, Miss., this weekend.
