SAN DIEGO – Following the NCAA decision on Thursday to cancel the remaining winter and spring championships this year, San Diego State has announced refunds for all fans who have pre-purchased tickets from Aztec softball and baseball individual games for the rest of the season.
 
Fans who pre-purchased tickets for games between Friday, March 13 and Sunday, May 10, will receive refunds. If fans pre-purchased tickets through Ticketmaster.com or SDSU's online account manager (promo codes, etc.), their order will automatically be refunded via original method of payment.
 
If fans pre-purchased tickets, including group tickets, through the Aztec Athletic Ticket Office on their personal Aztec customer account, their order will automatically be refunded for credit card purchases. If fans pre-purchased tickets via cash or check, a refund check will be mailed to their address on file. If fans pre-purchased tickets with cash or check and did not have a personal Aztec customer account, then fans must bring their tickets to the Aztec Athletic Ticket Office at SDCCU Stadium, Window E, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
 
Season-ticket holders for SDSU softball and baseball, meanwhile, will receive an automatic partial refund for credit card purchases. If fans pre-purchased season tickets with cash or check, their refund will be mailed to their address on file.

At this time, there are no confirmed COVID-19 cases in the SDSU community. However, out of an abundance of caution, these preventive measures are being taken to ensure the well-being of the campus and regional community. With the health, safety and well-being of the entire San Diego State community, as well as the broader San Diego region as the top priority, the athletic department will continue to work with the University as well as NCAA and local health officials to ensure that best practices are being followed and if additional precautions are advised.
