SAN DIEGO – New San Diego State men's soccer head coach Ryan Hopkins has announced the dates for their spring soccer camps
The Aztecs will be holding their first of two Spring I.D. camps March 22 for ages 14-20 for $199. A variety of college coaches and players will be on staff to give campers high level training and demonstration. The second I.D. camp is set for June 6.
SDSU will offer two sessions of day camps. The first will be June 15-18 and the second will be July 27-30. Campers can attend from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $340 or do a half-day option (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.) for $315. The primary goal of these camps is to increase the camper's love for soccer while improving their skill and knowledge of the game. There will be plenty of fun exercises that are both technically challenging and competitively engaging.
The residential and commuter camps take place July 13-15 and August 2-4. The overnight option is $725 and the commuter option is $625. These camps are designed to introduce every camper to the philosophies and rigors of college training methods. Sessions are taken directly from the Aztec practice regimens as well as other collegiate programs, incorporating technical and tactical, competitive exercises that will challenge any advanced player.
Campers can expect organized themed training sessions and competitive games under the tutelage of elite coaches. Coaches are regularly represented by programs such as, but not limited to Cal State San Marcos, UNLV, Air Force, Cal State San Bernardino, Soka University and Dominican University.
