SAN DIEGO – The San Diego State women's basketball team (7-9, 2-2) hosts Wyoming (7-6, 3-1) Wednesday evening inside Viejas Arena. The game will be streamed on the Mountain West Network with Chris Ello on the mic.

• SDSU beat Utah State 66-62 at home Saturday afternoon to even their Mountain West record at 2-2.
• The Aztecs shot 52.9 percent from the field, their first-time topping 50 percent this year.
• Sophia Ramos led the Aztecs with 20 points. Taylor Kalmer scored 14 and Monique Terry set a new career-high with 13 points.
• Taylor Kalmer has scored in double-digits in 14 of SDSU's 16 games and in ten straight. Prior to coming to SDSU, she scored 10 or more points 11 times in 80 games while at Oregon State.
• Over the last four games Taylor Kalmer is shooting 49.2 percent from the field and averaging 16.5 points and 4.0 assists.
• Since December 19, Sophia Ramos is 8-for-15 from three (.533).
• Baylee Vanderdoes is averaging 7.1 rebounds per game over her last eight games.
• As of Monday, Taylor Kalmer and Sophia Ramos are second and fourth in the nation in total minutes played. Kalmer played all 40 minutes last Saturday, the fifth time this year she has played 39 minutes or more.
• SDSU has scored 30 or more points in the paint in four of their last five games.
• The Aztecs have made just three three-pointers total in their last two games (3-13).

• The Aztecs shot 52.9 percent from the field, a new season high. SDSU is 7-1 when having a better shooting percentage than their opponent.
• SDSU had 32 points in the paint, their fourth time in the last five games with at least 30 points in the paint.
• After committing 21 turnovers at Fresno State, SDSU had just eight turnovers which results in just two Aggie points, a season-low for a SDSU opponent.
• The Aztecs improved to 6-1 when leading at halftime.
• SDSU was outrebounded 32-28, giving them just their second win when losing the rebounding battle (2-6).
• The Aztecs were just 1-for-4 from behind the arc, setting a new season-low for makes and attempts.
• SDSU had just three offensive rebounds and two second chance points.
• The Aztecs held Utah State to two fast break points.
• SDSU had zero blocks, the second time this season this has occurred.
• Sophia Ramos scored 20 or more points for the third time this season and seventh time in her career.
• Ramos was 8-for-11 from the free throw line, her third time this season with eight made free throws in a game. Her 11 attempts were the most in a game by an Aztec this season.
• Monique Terry scored a career-high 13 points on 5-for-6 shooting. This was the second time in her career she has reached double-digits. She scored 12 points vs. Incarnate Word last season (Nov. 18, 2018).
• Taylor Kalmer played all 40 minutes for the third time this season. She has played 39 or more minutes five times and leads the Mountain West with 36.44 minutes per game. As of Monday, she was second in the nation with 583.06 minutes played.
Opponent Notebook (Wyoming)
• The Cowgirls are 7-6 on the year and 3-1 in conference.
• They went 25-9 last year and finished third in the conference with a 13-5 record.
• After losing to Boise State in the MW Championship game, they were selected to the WNIT where they won three games before losing to Arizona in the quarterfinals.
• They are 3-2 on the road.
• Last week they beat Boise State 73-68 and lost to Colorado State 56-49.
• They have lost three of their last four games.
• Wyoming is holding opponents to 57.3 points per game, tops in the conference.
