SAN DIEGO – The San Diego State women's basketball team (9-13, 4-6) hosts New Mexico (12-10, 3-6) Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. for the annual Field Trip Game, where thousands of local elementary kids come to the game on a "field trip."

Aztec Tidbits
• With a 4-6 record in Mountain West play, the Aztecs are in seventh place. The top five teams receive a first-round bye at the Mountain West Tournament.

• The Aztecs' overall shooting percentage of 41.7 percent would be the program's best since the 2013-14 season.
