SAN DIEGO - Former Aztecs keep producing in the professional sports world.

In golf, Xander Schauffele went 3-1 in Team USA's 16-14 win over the International Team in the Presidents Cup, including a crucial 2 & 1 victory over Adam Scott in Sunday Singles.

In the NBA, Kawhi Leonard played in three games this week for the Los Angeles Clippers. The Clippers won all three, including Leonard's return to Toronto last Wednesday. Leonard averaged 28.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.0 steals per game. The Clippers record is 21-8, good for second best in the Western Conference.

Jalen McDaniels, meanwhile, made his second appearance for the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday, in Indiana. McDaniels scored two points in four minutes.

On the gridiron, Damontae Kazee was making plays all over the field in Atlanta's last-second win in San Francisco. Kazee made seven tackles (four solo), including one that was extra special. On the 49ers' last drive of the game, Kazee brought down George Kittle shy of the first-down line on third down, forcing a field goal. After the field goal, it remained a one-possession game, allowing Atlanta to drive down the field for the game winning touchdown. If San Francisco had scored a touchdown, it would have been a two-possession game and the 49ers would have come out victorious. Kazee was in on 63 snaps on defense (all but one) and seven snaps on special teams. Atlanta will play Jacksonville in Week 16.

Kameron Kelly appeared in nine special teams snaps for Pittsburgh on Sunday night. The Steelers have a matchup at the New York Jets on Sunday. Daniel Brunskill saw the field for five snaps on special teams for San Francisco in Week 15. They will host the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday night. Aaron Brewer played eight special teams snaps for the third straight week in Arizona's 38-24 win over Cleveland. The Cardinals travel to the Pacific Northwest to play Seattle in Week 16.

Calvin Munson was signed by the Miami Dolphins after spending the entire season on the practice squad for New England. The Dolphins play the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. On injured reserve for former Aztecs are Rashaad Penny of Seattle, Nick Bawden of Detroit, and Kahale Warring of Houston.

Alex Barrett is on San Francisco's practice squad, while Ryan Pope is on Jacksonville's practice team.
