COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- San Diego State football's road finale at Hawai'i on Saturday, Nov. 23 will start at 6 p.m. HT (8 p.m. PT) and will be broadcast on Spectrum Sports, the Mountain West announced today. The game will also be streamed on Facebook.
All 12 games on SDSU's schedule will now either be on television or streamed.
The only Aztec games yet to have a start time are Saturday, Oct. 5 at Colorado State and Saturday, Nov. 9 at home against Nevada. Both contests are set to air on ESPN Networks (ABC/ESPN/ESPN2/ESPN3/ESPNU/ESPNews) with start times expected to be released 12 days before the scheduled date.
San Diego State finished 2018 with a 7-6 record, including wins over No. 23/25 Arizona State and rv/No. 24 Boise State. The Aztecs one of 14 teams to make a bowl game in nine consecutive seasons. SDSU returns its leading passer (Ryan Agnew), rusher (Juwan Washington) and tackler (Kyahva Tezino) from a year ago.
San Diego State's Mountain West home schedule features the two teams that finished atop the West Division standings last year (Fresno State and Nevada), and two cross-division opponents with the best league record (Utah State) and the third-best mark on the Mountain Division (Wyoming). Overall, SDSU's four Mountain West home games come against teams that went a combined 23-9 in league competition, while its four conference road contests are against teams that went 10-22 in league play.
The Aztecs kick off the 2019 season on Saturday, Aug. 31 against Weber State at SDCCU Stadium.
