SAN DIEGO  The San Diego State men's and women's tennis programs will offer youth tennis camps this summer, which will be led by men's assistant coach Jeff Thomsen and women's assistant coach Nico Vinel. Two camp weeks will be offered, first from July 22-26, and again from July 29 through August 2, both at the Aztec Tennis Center.

The camps, led by Thomsen and Vinel, will offer tennis fundamentals, fitness, match play opportunities and college campus experience to boys and girls ages eight through 18. Campers can expect college and professional-level coaching all week long and small-group instruction with a maximum of four players per court and per coach.

Both camps are offered in two formats, a half day (9 a.m. – 12 p.m.) at a rate of $300 per week, and a full day (9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) for $550 per week. Lunch will only be provided for full day sessions and is included in the cost.
