Need to Know
• The Aztecs, riding a three game win streak, host Colorado State Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. PT.
• The game will be streamed on the Mountain West Network with Chris Ello (12th season) on the call.
• The Aztecs are coming off a 56-54 win over Utah State. Senior Arantxa Gómez Ferrer hit two free throws with 22 seconds left to give SDSU the lead. The Aztecs then made two defensive stops down the stretch.
• The Aztecs began the game down 9-0. This is the largest deficit they have overcome in a win this season.
• SDSU held the Aggies to 54 points and 30 percent shooting. Both were the second lowest SDSU has held an opponent to (Incarnate Word, 1-18-18).
