SAN DIEGO – With another large crowd anticipated for San Diego State's home football game against No. 23/25 Arizona State on Saturday, those in attendance will be treated to a plethora of promotions at SDCCU Stadium prior to kickoff at 7:30 p.m.

The SDSU-ASU clash has been designated a "Blackout" game, and all fans are encouraged to wear black to the game in support of the Aztecs.

Saturday's game will also feature a striped "I Am SDSU" scarf giveaway to the first 15,000 patrons, available at all gates. In addition, the first 1,000 SDSU students will receive a free "Aztec Football Lives Here" flag on the Plaza Level, Section 44. Stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m.

The SDCCU Stadium parking lot will once again serve as the hub for pregame festivities, including the Wells Fargo Aztec Village, which will be open from 5-7 p.m. in Lots C1/D1. Entrance to the village is free to the public and there will be food and beverage options for purchase, along with a live DJ, as well as a Kids Zone with carnival rides, inflatable games, a photo booth, as well as appearances by princesses Snow White, Sleeping Beauty and Belle. Members of the Aztec men's soccer team will also be present to sign autographs from 5-6 p.m., to be followed by select men's basketball players between 6-7 p.m.

At approximately 5:15 p.m., the Warrior Walk is slated to commence between Lots E and F, led by Honor Warrior DeMarco Sampson, who won four varsity letters at wide receiver for SDSU (2005, 2008-10) and was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the seventh round of the 2011 NFL Draft. The Chula Vista native totaled 146 catches for 2,242 yards and 17 touchdowns in an Aztec uniform, earning first-team all-Mountain West honors as a senior in 2010 to go with honorable mention All-America recognition by SI.com. Overcoming numerous injuries during his collegiate career, Sampson occupies the ninth spot on the program's all-time list for receiving yards and ranks 11th in receptions.
