SINGLE-DAY MWC TOURNAMENT HOSPITALITY PACKAGES ON-SALE NOW FROM THE AAF

The Aztec Athletic Foundation is offering single-day hospitality packages toSDSU fans attending the 2003 EAS Mountain West Conference BasketballTournament in Las Vegas, March 12-15. The events will take place in theBoard Room of the Cox Pavilion adjacent to the Thomas and Mack Center.

Packages include front door-to-front door ground transportation to and fromthe SDSU Headquarters at the Monte Carlo Hotel and the Thomas and MackCenter, and complete pre-game receptions at the Cox Pavilion featuring abuffet and refreshments, as well as television access to track ChampionshipWeek from around the country.

The cost of the package per day is $45/person, and is available for theduration of the men's and women's bracket. To order your pre-gamereceptions in advance, contact Cara Rodiles at the Aztec Athletic Foundationat (619) 594-6444, or e-mail at crodiles@mail.sdsu.edu by Monday, March 10that 3 PM. After this time, you can contact Cara at the Monte Carlo Hotel at(702) 730-7777 to place your order. Space is limited, walk-ups will beaccepted pending availability.

The pre-game receptions will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off of all Aztecgames, both men and women. Buses will depart the Monte Carlo Hotel 2 hoursprior to tip-off of all Aztec games. Should the Aztecs play the second gamein any session during the tournament, transportation will be available tofans wishing to see the first game of that particular session 30 minutesprior to tip. Should the Aztecs play the first game in any session duringthe tournament, all buses will depart from the Monte Carlo Hotel for theThomas and Mack Center 2 hours prior to tip-off. At the conclusion of thefirst game, buses will be available for immediate departure to the MonteCarlo Hotel, and will also be available at the conclusion of the second gamefor those fans wishing to stay for the second game of the session.
