Record Crowd At Kickoff Luncheon Sends Aztecs Into 2003 Season

A jam-packed crowd at the Town & Country Convention Center on Tuesday,(Aug.19th) sent head coach Tom Craft and the 2003 Aztecs off on a high noteand into the season at the 2003 Football Kick-off Luncheon.

A paid attendance of nearly 375 joined the members of the Aztec Footballprogram at the event. John Fricke of the "Mighty 1090" and the newvoice of the Aztecs emceed the program, which includedappearances and performances by the Aztec cheerleaders and the 2003Marching Aztecs, as well as the annual video introductions of the players andcoaching staff, including the annual "blooper" segment that hasbecome a fan favorite and event signature.

Quarterback Adam Hall and linebacker Kirk Morrison addressed the attendees,and the event closed with a Q & A session with members of the crowd andhead coach Tom Craft.
