Scott Horvath enters his 18th season at San Diego State and his ninth in Aztec athletics. Horvath serves as the department's information technology coordinator and is in his 14th year working with the football coaches' communications on game days. The Newark, Ohio, native previously was an IT consultant for business services and internet commerce across campus at SDSU. He earned his bachelor's degree in 1998 from Ohio State in management information systems, before a two-year stint as IT manager for the city of Columbus, Ohio. Horvath and his wife, Polly Kanavel, who volunteers in the SDSU athletic department, reside in La Mesa with their pets. |
