A number of activities are set for San Diego State's final football home game of the 2017 season. The Aztecs are set to play host to New Mexico at SDCCU Stadium on Friday afternoon with a kickoff time of 12:30 p.m. PT.
Wells Fargo Aztec Village will open at 10 a.m. PT, is located in C1/D1 and free to the public. The Kids Zone will feature carnival rides, inflatable games and the opportunity for fans to meet and take pictures with Spiderman and Superwoman. A DJ will be on hand to play music and food and beverages will be able for purchase as well.
At 10:15 a.m. PT, fans are encouraged to greet the Aztecs at the Warrior Walk, which will take place between Parking Sections E and F. The SDSU football team will be joined the Aztec Warrior, this week's Honor Warrior Antwan Applewhite, drumline, color guard, cheer, dance and Diamonds as it enters SDCCU Stadium.
This week's student giveaway is an Aztec reusable tote bag. Current students can pick up their tote bag at Plaza 44 while supplies last.
Fans are encouraged to get to their seats early as San Diego State will recognize its senior class.
At halftime, the San Diego State color guard and twirlers will perform with the SDSU band, which will lead into a special performance by Heartlight.
Fans should also be aware that, in conjunction with set up for an upcoming SDCCU Stadium event, parking/tailgating will not be available in Parking Sections A-2, A-3, A-4, B-2 and B-3. Additionally, Gate 1 entry off San Diego Mission Road will be closed. All other sections will be available beginning at 7:30 a.m. PT.
Tickets are still available for Friday's game against the Lobos, but fans are encouraged to purchase tickets early for better seat locations. Individual tickets may be purchased online at GoAztecs.com or over the phone at (619) 283-7378. The Aztec Ticket Office, located at SDCCU Stadium Window E, will open at 9 a.m. PT on Friday.
Current San Diego State students can obtain one free ticket with a valid SDSU RedID (card must be swipe valid). Tickets can be retrieved at the Viejas Arena Box Office on Wednesday until 5:30 p.m. PT and on Friday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. PT., or at the Conrad Prebys Student Union Information Booth on Wednesday until 4 p.m. PT. Students can also pick up their ticket on game day at SDCCU Stadium Windows B, F and H.
