SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State rowing team finished the weekend with a strong showing at the 44th annual San Diego Crew Classic. The Aztecs logged a trio of top three finishes in its five races on Mission Bay this morning.

Our top boat taking third behind defending lightweight national champion Stanford and SEC/Big12 Tennessee was awesome. The other crews show a lot more depth this year and we are currently ahead of American Athletic Conference rivals Sacramento State and Southern Methodist. The road to Sarasota continues this week with a joint racing practice with USD on Friday."
