The back-to-back Mountain West champion San Diego State football team will play at least 10 games on national television during the 2017 season, the league announced Wednesday. The Aztecs will play seven times on CBS Sports Network and three games on ESPN Networks (ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN3).

Additionally, 11 of the team's 12 regular-season contests will take place on Saturday with the lone exception being SDSU's finale against New Mexico, which will be played the day after Thanksgiving on Friday, Nov. 24.

San Diego State will play five home games at 7:30 p.m. PT on CBS Sports Network, starting with non-conference opponents Stanford on Sept. 16 and Northern Illinois on Nov. 30. The other 7:30 p.m. PT home contests are league outings against Boise State (Oct. 14), Fresno State (Oct. 21) and Nevada (Nov. 18). The aforementioned Nov. 24 regular-season finale against the Lobos is slated for a 12:30 p.m. PT start.

Only one road game for the Aztecs has a start time and that is their league opener at Air Force on Sept. 23, scheduled to start at 5 p.m. MT (4 p.m. PT) on CBS Sports Network. SDSU's other three MW road games - Oct. 7 at UNLV, Oct. 28 at Hawai'i and Nov. 4 at San José State - will start at a time to be determined (generally announced 12 days out) on ESPN networks (ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN3).

The two contests that have yet to be decided for San Diego State are non-conference games, including the home opener against UC Davis on Sept. 2 and the road opener at Arizona State on Sept. 9.

Additional broadcasts by ROOT SPORTS, the Mountain West Network powered by Campus Insiders and Oceanic Time Warner Cable will be announced in the coming weeks.

The Aztecs are coming off an 11-3 season, knocking off Wyoming, 27-24, in the MW Championship game and Houston, 34-10, in the Las Vegas Bowl, to finish with a No. 25 ranking in both the AP Top 25 poll and the Amway Coaches Poll. It is just the second time that SDSU has been ranked in the final AP poll in program history (also 1977). The 11 wins tied a school single-season record as San Diego State became the first team in program history with back-to-back 11-win campaigns.

SDSU is accepting new account deposits on 2017 season tickets through the Aztec Ticket Office, while current season-ticket holders can also renew their tickets for the 2017 campaign. Fans can purchase tickets through GoAztecs.com, over the phone by calling (619) 283-7378, or by visiting Qualcomm Stadium's Window E between 9 a.m. PT and 5 p.m. PT.
