SAN DIEGO – The San Diego State volleyball team will continue its current three-match home stand with a contest against Wyoming at 6:00 p.m. this evening on Aztec Court.
The Aztecs will be celebrating Senior Night this evening and they will honor four athletes who are concluding their SDSU careers this season. That quartet includes Danielle Bolden, Emma Fuzie, Hailey Jones and Alexa Saba.
The Cowgirls, who defeated SDSU in five sets in Laramie in mid-October, enter tonight's match with a record of 17-10 overall and 10-4 in the Mountain West.
Wyoming is coming off a three-set loss at Nevada on Thursday that saw its five-match winning streak come to an end.
San Diego State, meanwhile, is looking to end a four-match losing skein after dropping a five-set contest to Colorado State on Thursday.
Sophomore Alexandra Psoma turned in a career-high 24 kills against the Rams and now leads the Aztecs in kills with a mark of 3.31 per set.
Danielle Bolden continues to be among the service ace leaders in the conference as her mark of 0.49 aces per set in league matches ranks second while her overall stat of 0.35 per set ranks fifth in all matches.
After tonight's contest vs. Wyoming, SDSU will prepare for its final home match of the 2016 season when its hosts UNLV on Wednesday, Nov. 16, at 6:00 p.m. on Aztec court.
