Schedule

The Oct. 8 football game between No. 19/24 San Diego State and UNLV at Qualcomm Stadium will start at 7:30 p.m. PT, the two schools announced today. It will be broadcast nationally on ESPNU.

All 12 of the Aztecs' regular-season game times are now set for the rest of the season.

SDSU (3-0, 0-0 MW) has won two straight games over the Rebels (1-3, 0-0 MW) and seven consecutive home contests in the series. San Diego State plays at South Alabama at 7 p.m. CT (5 p.m. PT) Saturday, while UNLV opens MW play at home against Fresno State at 7:30 p.m. PT Saturday.

The Aztecs are ranked 19th in the latest AP Poll, their highest mark since being ranked 16th in the final poll in 1977. SDSU is also ranked in the Coaches Poll (24th) for the first time since checking in at No. 21 on Sept. 21, 1992.

San Diego State is off to a 3-0 start for the first time since 2011 and for just the second time in the last 35 seasons. The Aztecs, who are coming off their first unbeaten September since the 1981 squad went 2-0, have won 13 consecutive games, outscoring the opposition, 482-189 (37.1-14.5) over the streak. It is the second-longest active win streak in the nation behind the defending national champion Alabama (16) and is the longest in school history since a 21-game streak from 1968-70. Eleven of the 13 SDSU wins during the streak have come by at least 14 points.

San Diego State tickets are still available and can be purchased through GoAztecs.com, over the phone by calling (619) 283-7378, or by visiting Qualcomm Stadium's Window E between 9 a.m. PT and 5 p.m. PT.
