LAS VEGAS (AP)- Ariell Bostick and McKynzie Fort scored 10 points apiece for San Diego State (12-19) in a quarterfinal loss to No. 22 Colorado State.
Gustavsson scored 13 of the Rams' first 22 points, including seven of their nine second-quarter points. CSU led by just five after three quarters, but started the fourth on a 9-2 run, with five points from Gustavsson, to take a 42-30 lead with 5:27 left. The Rams led by double figures the rest of the way.
Jamie Patrick added nine points and Alana Arias grabbed nine rebounds for top-seeded Colorado State (29-1).
