COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Due to snow projected to fall in Colorado Springs on Friday (March 18), the San Diego State-Air Force baseball game has been postponed from its 3:00 p.m. (MT) start time that day.

The Aztecs and Falcons are now scheduled to play a doubleheader on Saturday (March 19) starting at noon (MT). Weather factors and snow accumulation may cause further changes with the potential to play one game on Saturday and a twin bill on Sunday.

Heading into the weekend, Air Force is the early league leader with a record of 3-1 in conference action (9-4 overall).

The Falcons are led by center fielder Adam Groesbeck (.453, 3 doubles, 4 triples, 12 RBI) and designated hitter Brady Haslam (.436, 4 doubles, 15 RBI). Air Force averages 8.5 runs per game is tied for the Mountain West lead with 22 stolen bases including by Groesbeck with 10.

San Diego State's record stands at 4-12 (1-2 Mountain West) coming into the series against Air Force as the Aztecs have won three of their last five outings.

The SDSU offense, meanwhile is being paced by sophomore shortstop Alan Trejo with a .393 batting average and a current 12-game hitting streak. Justin Wylie, who hit his team-leading second home run of the season to lead off the contest at Cal State Fullerton on Tuesday, leads the Aztecs with 14 runs batted in.
