SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State football game at San José State on Saturday, Oct. 17, will kick off at 7:30 p.m. PT and be televised on ESPNU. The contest is the second of a season-long two-game road trip for the Aztecs.
SDSU, which is 1-0 in Mountain West action, will head to Hawai'i this week before its date at SJSU. The Aztecs downed Fresno State, 21-7, last Saturday at Qualcomm Stadium behind a dominating defensive effort and running game. San Diego State allowed 89 yards of total offense and just 12 yards rushing, while its running game gained 305 yards on the ground.
The Spartans, meanwhile, are coming off a loss at Auburn and will play at UNLV this Saturday before welcoming the Aztecs to Spartan Stadium. SJSU heads into the game at Sam Boyd Stadium with a 1-1 league record.
