SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State women's basketball program will hold three camps in June and registration is now open. The Aztecs will feature camps that are open for all skill levels. Camps will be conducted on the SDSU campus in Peterson Gym and the Aztec Recreation Center.
The SDSU Individual Day Camp will run Monday June 15 to Thursday June 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. It is open to all girls from ages 8-18. The camp will focus on individual work, fundamentals and learning to play as a team, utilizing the same drills that the Aztecs use. The camp cost is $225.
In addition, SDSU will hold an Elite Camp open for all girls entering high school or already in high school. The Elite Camp will take place inside Peterson Gym on Friday June 19 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. This camp will offer advanced teaching and will simulate a real Aztec practice. This is an exciting camp for those players who want to improve their skills and work on concepts to take their game to the next level. The cost of the Elite Camp is $60.
San Diego State's summer camp week will come to a close with the Girls High School Team Camp that will run on Saturday June 20 and Sunday June 21. Teams will be guaranteed three games each day and teams may attend one or both days.
