The rest of the San Diego Classic I, including all games Sunday at both the SDSU Softball Stadium and the USD Softball Complex, have been canceled because of inclement weather and unplayable field conditions. No games will be made up.

The Aztecs (11-7) finished with a 3-1 record at the tournament, beating St. John's (13-8) and Cal Poly (8-2) on Friday, and Iowa State (3-0) on Saturday. SDSU's only loss came to No. 2/2 Oregon by a 7-3 margin on Saturday night. No. 1/1 Florida and Grand Canyon were declared the co-champions of the tournament with a 4-0 record apiece.

San Diego State, which has already played six top-25 teams this year, will play at least one other ranked team at next weekend's Judi Garman Classic in Fullerton, Calif. The Aztecs are scheduled to play Pacific on Friday (2:30 p.m. PT), No. 3/3 Michigan (10 a.m. PT) and Iowa (noon PT) on Saturday, and Long Beach State (12:30 p.m. PT) and Cal State Fullerton (5 p.m. PT) on Sunday.
