• Steve Fisher sets the school record for most wins by a SDSU head coach. Today's win is his 317th and he passes George Ziegenfuss, who won 316 games from 1948-69. For his San Diego State career, Fisher is 317-176.

• SDSU is 5-0 for the fourth time under Steve Fisher (first since 2010-11) and for the seventh time in its Division I history.

• The Aztecs won their 52nd straight non-conference regular-season game vs. an unranked opponent.

• SDSU improves to 16-0 in its last 16 regular-season games when having 24 hours or less to prepare for an opponent.

• Since the start of the 2010-11 season, the Aztecs are 15-1 at in-season multiple-game events.

• The Aztecs advance to the championship game on Wednesday marking the fourth straight time they have advanced to the final of an in-season event that utilizes a true-tournament format (2008 Great Alaska Shootout, 2012 Diamond Head Classic, 2013 Wooden Legacy, 2014 Maui Invitational).

Blocked a game-high five shots... He also blocked five shots vs. Brigham Young on Monday... He had half of the Aztecs' blocked shot total and three more than Pittsburgh had as a team.
