Team Notes

• Steve Fisher tied George Ziegenfuss for the most wins by a head coach in school history (316).

• Fisher shares the top spot on San Diego State's all-time coaching wins after just 15-plus seasons (this is year 16). Ziegenfuss was at the helm for 21 seasons (1948-69).

• The Aztecs won their ninth straight overtime game and are now 18-1 in their last 19 OT contests.

• The double-overtime game was SDSU's first since March 19, 2011, when it defeated Temple in the NCAA tournament.

• San Diego State's 92 points were its most vs. BYU since scoring 92 in a 94-92 overtime loss in Provo on Feb. 16, 1984.
