SAN DIEGO, Calif. - San Diego State and UNLV will play the rubber game of their weekend series this afternoon at 1:05 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium. The contest marks the final home game of the 2014 season for SDSU.

Prior to the contest five Aztecs will be honored in Senior Day ceremonies. That group includeds student team manager Cooper Sholder, pitchers Justin Hepner and TJ Kendzora plus shortstop Evan Potter and second baseman Tim Zier.

San Diego State enters the game with an overall record of 34-17 and 14-12 in league play, one game behind Nevada for third and three games behind both UNLV and New Mexico.

The Rebels come into the day with a record of 30-19 overall and 17-9 in the Mountain West.

Following today's game the Aztecs will have a thee-game series at Fresno State next weekend before traveling to Las Vegas for the annual Mountain West Tournament that takes place May 21-25.
