WOODLAND, Calif. - Women's Lacrosse sophomores Bailey Ewing (Reisterstown, Md.), Madison Wallace (Chantilly, Va.) and junior Christina Ricciardulli (Poway, Calif.) were each named to the All-Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) second-team, the conference announced on Wednesday.

Ewing led the Aztecs in goals (46) and was second on the team in total points this season (56). The sophomore ranked fifth in MPSF in goals per game (2.88), ninth in points per game (3.50) and seventh in shots per game (5.19). Ewing scored multiple goals in 15 of 16 games this season, and finished with at least two points in every game. She tallied a season-high five goals against Stanford on April 21, and had a season-high six points in a victory over Temple on March 16.

Wallace is a second-team selection for the second-consecutive year, and is the only Aztec with multiple all-conference selections in program history. The sophomore finished the season second on the team in groundballs (22), along with seven draw controls and five caused turnovers. She recorded a season-high five groundballs in a victory against Saint Mary's on Feb. 22, and had a season-high three draw controls against La Salle on March 8. In addition, Wallace excelled in her role of marking up on the opposition's top players.

Ricciardulli recorded team-highs in groundballs (25) as well as caused turnovers (14), and was second on the team with 35 draw controls. She also scored 23 goals, which was tied for fourth on the team, and was sixth in points (27). Ricciardulli scored a goal in 13 of 16 games, including each of the last seven games, and posted a season-high three goals in a win over Oregon on March 22, and against Stanford on April 21. The junior recorded a program-high four caused turnovers against USC on April 27, had a season-high six draw controls against Oregon and a season-high five groundballs against USC.

The Aztecs finished 8-8 overall in their second season in program history, including a fifth-place finish in MPSF. In the process, SDSU set new program records for most wins in a season (8), most conference wins in a season (3), most home wins in a season (4) and most road wins in a season (3). They also set single-game records for most goals in a game (21), most assists in a game (12), most caused turnovers in a game (17), most draw controls in a game (21) and largest margin of victory (17). The Aztecs also won four-consecutive games from March 10 to March 22.
