Aztec Story Lines
- San Diego State is set to play its final regular-season homestand this week as California and Stanford head south for a special Thursday-Saturday set-up. The Golden Bears visits Montezuma Road on Thursday and the Cardinal is SDSU's Senior Night foe on Saturday. Both games are 7 p.m. PT starts.

- Prior to Saturday's game vs. Stanford, San Diego State will recognize two seniors in co-captain Ata Ozbay and Jose Altamirano. This is Ozbay's second season at SDSU after transferring from Wisconsin. Altamirano, meanwhile, is a three-year letterwinner who is a San Diego native.

- Ozbay enters his final regular-season homestand having played in 32 games, while starting 27. In two seasons, the forward has amassed five goals, four assists and 14 points.

- Altamirano enters this week's action having played in 69 career games, while earning the starting nod 55 times. The midfielder has six goals, 18 assists and 30 points to his credit.

- SDSU will look to reverse a trend and send its seniors out on a positive note on Satudray. In their last five Senior Night games, the Aztecs are 0-4-1 and have lost their last four. The last Senior Night victory came against Stanford back in 2006.

- The Aztecs are coming off a 0-1-1 weekend at the Pacific Northwest schools. San Diego State fell at No. 24/19/rv Washington, 2-0, before tying Oregon State, 1-1.

- The draw at OSU snapped a three-game Pac-12 losing streak for the Aztecs and they earned a result after dropping a 1-0 decision at SDSU back on Oct. 7.

- Junior co-captain Kevin Bick scored the lone San Diego State goal at Oregon State in the 25th minute. Bick dribbled through traffic and sent a low liner into the lower left corner of the cage. The goal was his third of the season.

- SDSU looks to avenge a pair of losses to the Bay Area schools this week and playing at home should help its cause. The Aztecs swept California and Stanford last year and has won three straight having beat the Cardinal in the final game of the home series in 2010. In the last five home match-ups against the pair, SDSU is 4-0-1. Its last loss was to No. 16 Stanford in overtime in 2009.

- The last three of six home games vs. Cal and Stanford have been settle in full time. The previous three, however, required overtime. All six have been decided by one goal or less.

- San Diego State enters the game vs. California leading the all-time series, 18-14-4. The Aztecs are unbeaten in three of the last four vs. the Golden Bears and nearly made it four-for-four earlier this season had it not been for a Cal goal at 107:31 in the second OT in Berkeley.

- The Aztecs own a 12-7-5 advantage over Stanford, but have lost four of the last seven encounters. In each of the last two seasons, the home team has defended its home turf and this year SDSU looks to continue that trend.
