SDSU Game Notes vs. New Mexico

Sporting a 2-0 record for just the second time in Mountain West Conference history, the Aztec women's basketball team plays host to New Mexico Wednesday beginning at 7 p.m. PT at Viejas Arena.

SDSU has a current eight-game win streak with its last defeat coming to USD on Dec. 8. The streak ties as the sixth-longest active streak nationally and is the best by any Mountain West squad this season. A victory on Wednesday would give the Aztecs their longest win streak since the 1995-96 team posted 11 in a row before falling in the season finale at the NCAA tournament.
